1Q. What skills do I need to use the On-The-Spot 'remote' Website Editor?
1A: The OTS editor looks a lot like MS Word, so it shouldn't be hard to learn.   Most of us have used a word processor before.  If not, there is a help button on the top right corner when you login that will give you an explanation of each button.

2Q: Is there a fee for this service/feature?
2A: Yes.  There is a one time fee of $50 for activation.  The monthly fee is $10/month for customers that don't have web hosting with 123Tech. 
$7/month if you have any of the 123Tech hosting plans.  

IMPORTANT: The first 20 clients will get the activation fee waived.

3Q: What do I have to install to be able to use OTS remote?
3A: Our OTS Remote (new release) editor is on our server.  You will initially supply FTP info about your server (ask your webmaster if not sure) and we will setup your account in minutes.  You'll be able to edit your pages from anywhere you have an Internet connection and an Internet browser.

4Q: Can I create new files?
4A: Yes, the OTS editor does allow users to create files based on pre-defined templates that you control. It also allows uploading of files from users local hard drive.

5Q:  Does this require downloading a browser plug-in?
5A:  No, OTS editor is completely self contained and requires no outside plug-in's or add-ons whatsoever.  That means no slow downloading ActiveX components or applets.
