Elevate Desktop App
The 123Tech Elevate desktop app acts like a remote control for the user’s associated desk phone. It empowers the employee to be more effective and efficient with call management. The app is available as a downloadable app for either PC or Mac. My favorite features: Caller presence/status and Click-to-call anyone in the corporate directory.
Elevate Mobile App
The 123Tech Elevate mobile app enables a mobile device to become a communications endpoint for the Elevate service. Employees can now make or receive calls through the corporate phone system and utilize over 90 calling features, no matter where they are. Very convenient is the Call Flip feature that allows users to transfer calls to and from a desk phone.
